My the cord where you put the cord it doesnt work please call me 905818**** it doesnt work like when I put in the wire it doesnt connect like no signal I trued to use a different tv and wires I did that two times With different cords and tvs and stil doesnt work so please call me the people at Best Buy told me to call you guys when I brought it in

Sony Canada kept 85.04 I paid for on pre-ordered NHL 25 standard edition due to a issue they seem to not want to fix if a person downloaded trial versions of games in this case I downloaded trial version of the deluxe edition and they refused to give me a refund when I couldn't get the standard edition I actually paid for to download they came up with all these excuses for troubleshooting that none could be done or ones that I already done myself or with the online agent

Hello,
Hope this email finds you well. I recently purchased a Sony Earbuds - Sony WF-C700N Truly Wireless Noise Cancelling in-Ear Bluetooth Earbud Headphones with Mic and IPX4 Water Resistance, Violet, through Amazon last January 2024.
Everything seems to work pretty well but today, the Left bud stopped connecting to my phone but the Right bud seems to work pretty well. It usually connects automatically to my phone whenever i put it in my ear.
I tried restarting the earbuds or even uninstalling the App for Sony Headphones in order to restart everything but it didnt seem to work.
This is my second device with sony and i would love to be able to use it more.
I believe I still have a One year warranty with the device. Is there anyway I can receive a replacement without a return or something?

After 11 months, my Sony Bravia does not work at all, no electrical contact. I placed a call on Monday, July 8, 2024, and up until now, July 11th, there has not been an answer or a schedule with a technician! It's still under warranty (1 year is not long for the price) but no TV since then!
Preferred solution: replacement

Yes we are very pleased with the service we got from Sony Maria Lopez was great and help tremendously.As of May 21 we received the TV we Paid 499.99 for with a 2 year warranty,which we feel was very fare.Thanks to you Comany for alerting Song it’s appreciated.As of May 21 I put a cheque in the mail to say thanks again. When I try turning it on the on light turns red .I had my cable company come in because I thought it was just a issue with the internet.But they say the Tv isnt working.Other tv is working fine. Very disappointed.Wanted your company to know if you can help ,great.

I am hugely disappointed with my headphones. I did not work all summer to save to buy those headphones just so they could break in a few months.
To add to my disappointment in your product, I found out that five of my classmates had bought the exact same headphones and they all broke in the same way. I guess that's why they were on sale. Why do you sell such poor quality products? Can people barely afford them, only for them to break and have to buy again?
And the product has a warranty, but Best Buy wanted me to purchase the Squad subscription so they could fix my headphones. Don't you know that students don't have a lot of money?

I have a PS VR2 that has a broken controller. It has stick drift.
It is a little over a year old and I have the receipt.
Sony is impossible to get a hold of. Why can't I purchase a new controller for the VR2?!
